Agreement to these terms

S7 Markets is operated by Septentrio. By using the app, with or without an account, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These terms cover the S7 Markets web app: live quotes, the market map, the economic calendar, daily briefs, watchlists, alerts, and related features.

The service

S7 Markets is a market-observation product. It presents market data, an economic calendar, editorial briefs, and tools for following instruments and receiving alerts.

All public surfaces work without an account. An account adds the watchlist, alert rules, event reminders, and notifications.

Not investment advice

Nothing in the app is investment advice, a trading recommendation, an offer, or a guarantee of any outcome. The app supports market observation; decisions and their consequences are yours alone.

If you need investment advice, consult a licensed professional.

Market data

Quotes, converted values, alerts, and interpretation are for reference only and may change with the data’s update timing. Values can be delayed, revised, or temporarily unavailable.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown in the app.

Your account

Registration information must be accurate, and the account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

Tell us through support if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no interfering with its operation, no probing or circumventing its security, and no use that breaks applicable law.

Automated access is not permitted: no scraping, bulk collection, or bot-driven use of the app or its data. Form submissions pass through automated bot detection.

Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its data, and do not reverse engineer any part of the service.

Alerts and notifications

Alerts and notifications are delivered on a best-effort basis. Delivery can be delayed or missed, by network conditions, your device, your browser, or the data’s own timing.

An alert is a convenience, not a trading signal. Never rely on one as your only source for a decision.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, its branding, and its content belong to Septentrio and its licensors.

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

Availability and changes to the service

We may add, change, pause, or withdraw features at any time. We aim for reliability, but the service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

The app is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Septentrio is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the app.

In particular, we are not responsible for trading or investment decisions made using information from the app, or for losses that result from them.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

You may stop using the app at any time and may request deletion of your account through support.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date above reflects the latest revision.

For meaningful changes we will give notice in the app before the new terms take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
